This website, kidaroofficial.com (the "Site"), is operated by Kidaro ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our Site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional policies referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase from us. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given consent for a minor dependent to use this Site under your supervision. You may not use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of the Service.
SECTION 2 – PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Our products are made to order and personalized according to the details you provide (such as names, colours, and sizes). You are responsible for the accuracy of the personalization details you enter, including spelling. We produce the item exactly as entered at checkout. You may not request personalization containing content that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of third parties (including trademarks and copyrighted names or logos). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing such content.
SECTION 3 – ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Because production of personalized items starts quickly, orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order enters production and can no longerer be changed or cancelled. To request a change or cancellation, contact us at support@officialkidaro.com with your order number.
SECTION 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. This means personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us. In that case, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Any non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition; return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change or product discontinuation. Payment is due at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and on our FAQ page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to compensation. Risk passes to you upon delivery of the products to the delivery address provided. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address; we are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Any customs or import duties for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 7 – PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ACCURACY
We make every effort to display the colours, materials, and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour is accurate. Handmade and knitted products may show slight variations; these are characteristics of handcrafted items and not defects. Occasionally there may be information on the Site containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including text, designs, product photos, logos, and graphics — is the property of Kidaro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or its content without our express written permission.
SECTION 10 – USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you send us comments, reviews, suggestions, or other materials, you agree that we may, without restriction or compensation, use, edit, and publish them in any medium. You agree your submissions will not violate any rights of third parties and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content we determine to be objectionable.
SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or make third-party tools available. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and any use of third-party websites or tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kidaro and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates another court.
